Refund & Withdrawal Policy

This policy applies to the paid Scampilot Plus subscription (€9.99 / month). Checking messages and all other core features are free and unaffected by this policy.

1. Provider & payment processing

The provider and your contractual partner is Pixel & Process UG (haftungsbeschränkt), operator of Scampilot. Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. Stripe is a payment processor, not the seller - we issue refunds ourselves, via Stripe, to your original payment method.

2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded (when the subscription starts). To exercise it, a clear statement is enough (e.g. an email to info@pixelandprocess.de).

3. Digital content & early performance

Scampilot Plus is a digital service made available immediately on purchase. By starting the subscription you expressly agree that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends. If you withdraw within the period we refund your payment; we may retain a proportionate amount for the period already used.

4. Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel anytime via "Manage subscription" (Stripe customer portal) on the Plus page. After cancellation, family protection stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you will not be charged again. For refunds outside the withdrawal right we review each case generously - just reach out.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@pixelandprocess.de from the address on file with Stripe. Refunds are returned via Stripe to your original payment method (usually within a few business days).
